Self-Reported Wellness Data: information you provide directly, including mood check-ins, stress levels, resilience ratings, nutrition or dietary logs, hydration, weight, or body composition.
Mental & Behavioral Health Indicators: self-reported well-being reflections, stress or anxiety levels, or participation in resilience and mindfulness exercises.
Duty and Work-Related Data: information about work schedules, duty assignments, workload, or operational intensity.
Social Media Login Data: if you choose to register using a social media account, we collect the information described in the “Social Logins” section below.

To support resilience and mental well-being for our Business Purposes and with your Consent. We may use self-reported mood, stress levels, or mental well-being data to provide confidential support, mindfulness or resilience coaching, and proactive guidance.
To send you health and wellness notifications with your Consent. We may send you alerts about your health metrics, nutrition reminders, wellness recommendations, sleep insights, and important safety information related to your duties as a first responder.
To send administrative information to you for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or Contractual reasons. We may use your personal information to send you product, service and new feature information and/or information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
To deliver targeted content to you for our Business Purposes and with your Consent. We may use your information to develop and display content tailored to your role as a first responder and your specific wellness needs.
To provide location-aware wellness resources with your Consent. If you enable location services, we may use your data to recommend nearby vetted wellness resources such as clinics, meditation spaces, or peer-support facilities.
To protect our Sites for Business Purposes and/or Legal Reasons. We may use your information as part of our efforts to keep our Sites safe and secure (for example, for fraud monitoring and prevention).
To enable user-to-user communications with your Consent. We may use your information to enable communications between first responders and their support networks with each user's consent.
To enforce our terms, conditions and policies for Business Purposes, Legal Reasons and/or possibly Contractual.
To respond to legal requests and prevent harm for Legal Reasons. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.
